Well, anyone who's ever had a dog knows food holds a special place in every dog's heart, it would seem to be a primary source of their very existence! But some dogs seem to take their love for food to a new level. My dog Max, a mischievous Jack Russell Terrier with an insatiable appetite is a prime example.

One day, he spotted a stash of cookies sitting on the kitchen table. Unable to resist the temptation, he devised a plan to get his paws on the cookies. As I watched from the hallway I saw him climb onto a chair, then onto the table, and finally reach the coveted cookies.

Just as he was about to enjoy his prize, I walked into the room, catching him red-pawed and gave him an exaggerated "ExCuuuuse me?". He looked so guilty and embarrassed it was too funny. I had to make him get down, and then give him a treat.
